I’m new to Bitcoin; where should I start?

You’re in the right place. We provide a low-cost, low-risk way of experiencing the excitement of Bitcoin. We take the hassle out of mining Bitcoins.

What do I need to get started?

You’ll need to purchase a plan from us, and tell us the Bitcoin Wallet ID where you want your Bitcoins sent after they are mined. That’s it!

How many Bitcoins can I expect to receive?

You can use our calculator page to get an estimate. Like any forecast, it is difficult to predict with 100% accuracy. Keep in mind that market conditions are constantly changing, and the actual numbers will vary accordingly.

** Please note that most Internet calculators do not take in to account the monthly increases in power that come with our Evergreen accounts. As hashing power increases, the number of Bitcoins mined increases.

How often are Bitcoins deposited to my wallet?

Our system currently makes deposits once per month on the same day of the month as your account activation.

If I buy a plan today, when will the hashing power be added to my account?

Hashing power is applied to accounts on a first come first served basis. The demand for hashing power is higher than it has ever been, and is recently outstripping production capabilities. The exact timing depends on how fast hardware is received from vendors, and how many accounts are ahead of you in the queue. We are currently sold out and not accepting new orders at this time. Please check back soon.

Why is there a queue?

The queue process is a significant reason why the on-demand mining community can exist. The more total power on the Bitcoin network, the less each unit of power is worth. Therefore, if unlimited power were immediately available, it would have a significantly negative impact on the Bitcoin market. It is necessary for hashing power demand to exceed supply, and it is necessary to pace the rollout of power to avoid devaluing it.

What level of service (SLA) do you guarantee?

We guarantee minimum average of 95% of your purchased hashing power will applied to your account continuously throughout the month. If we are unable to maintain the hashing power of your account to a minimum average of 95%, you will be entitle to a refund of 50% of the current month’s subscription fee.

What fees do you charge?

There are no hidden fees! The reservation fee and monthly subscription rate is clearly stated at time of order for each of the plans.

What is the minimum subscription term?

There is no minimum subscription term. You may cancel your account at any time.

What is your cancellation policy?

Upon receiving your cancellation request, access to your hashing power will be terminated at the end of the current billing cycle. If you wish to reinstate a cancelled account, your request will be added to the end of the reservation queue. The full reservation fee will be charged for reinstatement requests. Accounts will be cancelled due to non-payment after 30 days. For additional details, please refer to Section 7 in the Mining Terms of Service

What is your refund policy?

Refund requests will only be processed on orders that have not yet been activated. Please note, we cannot honor refund requests on accounts that are actively hashing. However, you may choose to cancel your account at any time. Please see our cancellation policy above.
